03 · How data is handled
Only what the service actually needs.
We collect what’s needed to run and improve the service: your answers are used to find relevant trials and explain results, and we measure site usage with our own first-party analytics (a random-ID cookie — no third-party trackers or ad networks). Nothing is sold or used for advertising, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your data is encrypted in transit. When you sign in and complete matching, your intake responses are stored securely in our database so your results persist.
